Approve the controller to take your MockXAU, then mint. You receive the MockXAU's value at the oracle price, less the 0.10% mint fee.
4. Redeem MDLR for MockXAU
Approve the controller to take your MDLR, then redeem. You receive MockXAU at the oracle price, less the 0.10% redeem fee: one dollar of it per MDLR while the collateral ratio is at least 1.00. Below 1.00, each redemption is paid its pro rata share: the amount after the fee times the ratio, never more than one dollar per MDLR, so no holder gains by leaving first.
