Policies and Procedures
Every distributor. Incorporated into the Distributor Agreement.
The prohibited-claims schedule
This is the operative part of the document. Each row is a sentence people actually say, with what may be said instead. Saying anything in the left column is a terminable breach.
| You may not say | Why, and what you may say |
|---|---|
| “Guaranteed 200%.” “Doubles your money.” “Risk-free.” | The payout is a schedule denominated in USD and settled in a token whose price moves. Say: the plan releases a fixed multiple over its term, paid in the token at the price on the day you claim — the value of that is not fixed and can fall. |
| “The price will go up.” “Get in before it moons.” | Nobody may make a forward statement about price — not you, not the Company, not anyone on a stage. Say nothing about future price. Ever. |
| “The market makers will push the price up.” | Market making provides two-sided liquidity. It is not price support, and describing it that way invites a market-manipulation reading. |
| “The exchange is licensed in the EU / Singapore / the UK.” | It is not licensed anywhere. Repeat what the compliance page says, not the opposite. |
| “AI trades for you and closes at a profit.” | No AI makes or executes a trading decision. Say: AI understands your goal in your own words — which is true, and is the actual product. |
| “Stake the token to level up and win bigger.” | That mechanic does not exist. Levels come from correct predictions. |
| “You can withdraw any time.” | Claims are subject to published daily limits, a per-person cap and a circuit breaker. Say so. |
| “I earn $X a month” — any figure, screenshot or back-office image. | An individual figure is an income claim regardless of whether it is true. Only the Income Disclosure Statement may be used. This includes screenshots of your own dashboard. |
| “Quit your job.” “Replace your income.” “Financial freedom.” | All are income claims. None may be made. |
| “It's approved / registered / regulated.” | It is not. Do not imply a regulator has reviewed or endorsed the programme. |
| “This is an investment.” “Returns.” “ROI.” “Passive income.” | Packages are purchases. Investment vocabulary changes what the product legally is. |
| Any advice on whether to buy, how much, or with what money. | You are not licensed to advise. Never tell anyone to borrow, use savings, or invest what they cannot afford to lose. |
Approved materials only
- You may use only material published in the Company's approved asset library. Approval is a two-person process and attaches the required disclosures automatically.
- You may not create your own presentations, graphics, videos, landing pages or written explanations of the plan, and you may not edit an approved asset — including cropping a disclosure out of an image.
- Translating an approved asset yourself creates a new asset. Translations must be approved.
- If you need something the library does not have, request it. The answer may be no.
Sponsoring conduct
- One position per person. You may not open a position in the name of a spouse, relative, friend or invented person, nor hold one through someone else.
- You may not purchase packages on behalf of a downline member, lend them the money, or arrange finance for them.
- You may not offer anything outside the compensation plan to induce someone to join — no rebates, no side payments, no personal guarantees.
- You may not disparage another distributor, another programme, or the Company.
- You may not recruit another distributor into a different opportunity.
Enforcement
The record of enforcement is what limits liability — not the existence of the policy. Breaches are recorded and the ladder is applied consistently rather than by relationship or rank.
| Step | What happens | Typical trigger |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Notice | Written notice, required correction, deadline. | A first, non-financial breach — an unapproved graphic, a missing disclosure. |
| 2 · Commission hold | Commissions withheld pending correction; sponsoring suspended. | Failure to correct, or a repeat. |
| 3 · Suspension | Access suspended pending investigation. Not a finding. | Suspected identity fraud, multiple positions, cross-border recruiting. |
| 4 · Termination | Agreement ends; clawback applies; rank rewind flows through the upline. | Income guarantees, price predictions, licensing claims, circumvention. |
Some breaches skip the ladder
Straight to termination on the first occurrence: claiming the exchange is licensed or regulated; guaranteeing a return; predicting the token price; helping someone circumvent a market restriction; opening a position under a false identity.
These are the ones where the Company's exposure does not depend on whether the distributor meant harm.
